Annandale Residence

This freestanding terrace was kept totally intact from the street view. At the rear of the property a double storey space was added.
The roof on the first floor has been angled to the north in order to allow the master bedroom to be bathed in natural light. A paved deck, large windows and pergola to the rear create a great link between the interior and the back yard.
The red iron bark recycled timber flooring used throughout the house adds a warmth which is carried through onto the stairwell and into the parents area upstairs.
